Bryan is the owner and Director of Strength and Conditioning for Efficiency Strength Training, LLC. Bryan is a PhD student in Exercise Physiology at Kent State University and a former Site Director for Explosive Performance located in the Reston, Virginia area where he worked with a variety of clientele from high level athletes to clients with Parkinson's Disease. Previously, he worked as a Strength and Conditioning Assistant for Robert Morris University and Carnegie Mellon University under the mentorship of Alan Degennaro, ATC, CSCS (former Cleveland Browns Strength and Conditioning Coach.) He also worked as a Strength and Conditioning Assistant for Strides Strength of CNY, LLC under the direction of Michael Derecola, ATC. CSCS (former Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Utica Comets/Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League.) Bryan graduated with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Exercise Science from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation he became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). As a native of Buffalo, New York; he participated in a variety of sports but Ice Hockey was the most important. As a former OHL draftee for the Erie Otters in 2008 and having played in leagues such as the NAHL, OJHL, and GOJHL; Bryan understands the commitment that it takes in the weight room to be the best you can be.
